The girls worked selflessly on the pitch

– First of all, I would like to thank the girls for showing fighting spirit, patience and determination. We constantly emphasise that this is what ultimately brings rewards. While preparing for the match, we asked the players to focus on expressing their own qualities and maintaining the right attitude, which had an impact on the overall result. All of the girls worked selflessly on the pitch and gave everything they were capable of. As for conceding in the closing minutes – this is football, these things happen. Of course, it would have been nice to win and finish the season in fourth spot. We understood that the girls who played were somewhat exhausted, so we had to rotate the squad. Often, after conceding late in matches, head coaches start blaming themselves for the substitutions they made. However, throughout the entire season, the girls earned their place in the team through their hard work. Corners and free-kicks often lead to physical battles, and unfortunately the rebound did not fall in our favour. Soon we will hold a full team meeting, during which we will sum up the season.
