Shakhtar Academy graduates won gold medals
On Saturday, May 23, Shakhtar U17 secured a convincing victory over DYuSSh FA Kryvbas (6-0) in the NLF final round, overtook LNZ Cherkasy U17 on goal difference in head-to-head meetings and secured the gold medals.
Over the course of the season, the Orange-and-Blacks collected 53 points in 22 league games and finished top of the table. In addition, the Miners’ defensive line was the most reliable (only 17 goals conceded).
