Shakhtar Stalevi played matches of the second round of the Ukrainian Amputee Football Championship in Lutsk

On May 2–3, after a preparation cycle, Shakhtar Stalevi played matches of the second round of the Ukrainian Amputee Football Championship Super League in Lutsk at the Avanhard Stadium.

On the first matchday, the Orange-and-Blacks faced the competition leaders and Ukraine’s representatives in EAFF European competitions – Khrestonostsi and Pokrova AMP – and played against Bartka the following day.

Khrestonostsi 0-0 (0-0) Shakhtar Stalevi

The opening minutes were spent in a battle for possession. The first dangerous opportunity was created by the Khrestonostsi when Sokolian received a through pass and went one-on-one with Molochko, but fired over the bar. The Orange-and-Blacks then increased their intensity, and Ivashenko found himself in a shooting position after a well-worked move, aiming for the near corner, but the ball went just wide of the post. The second half began more actively for the Lutsk side, who established themselves in the visitors’ half and created several potentially dangerous chances, which Molochko dealt with confidently. The Miners focused on quick counterattacks, but neither side managed to score before the final whistle.

Shakhtar Stalevi: Molochko, Romaniuk, Skrytskyi, Nedzelskyi, Mykhasiuk, Volynets (c) (Ivashenko, 10′), Artiukh

Pokrova AMP 1-1 (0-1) Shakhtar Stalevi

The match began with a clear chance for Artiukh, who was put through into a shooting position by Nedzelskyi’s pass, but the midfielder struck straight at the goalkeeper. In response, the Lviv side tried to establish control in the Miners’ half, combining well and periodically threatening Molochko’s goal, yet it was the Orange-and-Blacks who were more effective, defending in a disciplined manner and taking the lead when Nedzelskyi converted a set piece with a precise strike into the top corner. Pokrova AMP could have equalised before half-time, but Kochmar’s effort went over the bar. In the second half, the hosts pushed forward strongly in an attempt to restore parity. After a series of dangerous attacks and shots late in the match, they eventually succeeded, when Sushch scored from distance, leaving Molochko with no chance.

Goals: 0-1 Nedzelskyi (11′), 1-1 Sushch (39′)

Shakhtar Stalevi: Molochko, Romaniuk, Volynets (c), Nedzelskyi, Ivashenko, Artiukh, Mykhasiuk

Shakhtar Stalevi 1-1 (1-1) Bartka

Bartka made a strong start to the game and opened the scoring in the 4th minute through a powerful first-time strike by Romanyshyn into the roof of the net. The Miners could have equalised quickly, but the goalkeeper saved Artiukh’s awkward effort. The Orange-and-Blacks were more active, creating more chances, and equalised in the 12th minute when Nedzelskyi converted a penalty. The match then continued at a high tempo, with both sides competing intensely for possession. Early in the second half, Romaniuk came close to putting the Miners ahead, but his shot went just wide of the post. The hosts pressed high, looking to force turnovers, while Bartka defended and attempted occasional counterattacks, but the score remained unchanged.

Goals: 0-1 Romanyshyn (4′), 1-1 Nedzelskyi (12′, pen.)
