Polissia and Shakhtar women's teams met in the Prime League round 15 in Zhytomyr
Shakhtar women's team head coach Roman Zaiev selected the following starting line-up for the clash with Polissia: Karban was in goal, Kotovets, Henyk, Balatska and Sikorska formed the defensive line, Myronenko, Starukhina and Kuksa played in midfield, Mokhnach and Holovach operated on the wings, with Marchenko leading the line.
Chances wasted
The match began with both sides battling for territorial advantage and possession, with Shakhtar having a slight edge. However, the first dangerous chance came at Karban's end when Tril sent a powerful effort towards the far corner, narrowly missing the post.
