Isaque Silva is a product of the Fluminense Academy, where he played from the age of 10. In May 2023, he signed his first professional contract with the club. In 2024, he became the Brazilian champion (U17) and the Brazilian Cup winner (U17) with the youth team. Isaque also played for Fluminense U20 (10 apps, 2 goals). On December 6, 2024, he made his debut for the first team in a Brazilian Série A match against Cuiabá, and in total made 12 appearances for Fluzão’s senior squad.
