The Orange-and-Blacks prepare for their opening competitive games in 2020
On the morning of February 19, Shakhtar conducted an open training session at Sviatoshyno, flying from Kyiv to Kharkiv the same afternoon. Together with the first team, the club’s senior executives headed by the CEO Sergei Palkin also flew to attend the UEFA Europa League Round of 32 game.
After meeting with Benfica, the Miners will stay in Kharkiv to get prepared for Sunday’s league game vs Desna. Luis Castro took 24 football players with him for the upcoming fixtures.
