The second stage of the training camps of the women's team is over now
Roman Zaiev's charges are actively preparing for the start of the season. The first training camp was introductory and did not involve any functional and strength workloads. At the second stage, the girls conducted daily two-hour sessions, improved their fitness and practised linkup play.
The major intermediate result of the training camps is the outcomes of two friendly games: Shakhtar demolished Kyiv-based Yednist (16-0) and Ateks (2-0).
After intensive preparation, the women’s team received a few days off for recovery and rest. The side will get back to work on the 3rd of August.
